Alchemer Link Details
- CURRENT: Fall 2022 Alchemer CCAP Agreement Submission Link: Use the Fall 2022 link to submit any new fully executed Fall 2022 CCAP agreements, updated appendix or an amendment to a CCAP partnership agreement.
- A new link for Spring 2023 with Assembly Bill 102 College and Career Access Pathways Partnerships additions will be sent to CCAP Program Contacts in early December 2022. AB 102 amends sections 48800 and 76004 of the Education Code, relating to community colleges and CCAP.
- Future Alchemer Link Details: New links will be sent to CCAP Program Contacts every May for the following academic year. Questions regarding the new process and/or need technical assistance, email to ccapp@CCCCO.edu.
- FS 21-04 Non-CCAP Dual Enrollment 11.00 Maximum Units for Special Part-Time Students (May 27, 2021): Provides information about the statutory 11.00 unit cap for NonCCAP special part-time students.
- College and Career Access Pathways Legislative Report (2021): This report is submitted by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office to satisfy the requirements of Assembly Bill 288 (AB 288) and Assembly Bill 30 (AB 30). It includes an evaluation of College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) partnerships, an assessment of trends in the growth of special admits, and recommendations for program improvements.

- California College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Enrollment Form (PDF): An example form provided by the Chancellor’s Office to be used by CCAP programs that allows students, parents, and high schools to use a single form for participation in a CCAP pathway for the duration of the program.
- Vision Resource Center Dual Enrollment Training (1 hour): Covers the dual enrollment options in the California Community Colleges with an emphasis on College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP). The module provides a brief introduction to dual enrollment generally and then explores the specifics of the students, courses, schools and faculty that will most benefit from a CCAP agreement and how an agreement can be initiated. Available to community college staff, administrators and instructors after registration.
