To support work-based learning and job placement functions at each college that will provide all students with a continuum of critical experiences and support to deepen classroom learning and facilitate employment.
To increase awareness of adult education and noncredit programs at institutions and for students, ensure curriculum and instruction incorporates skills that align with industry needs, ensure students have access to training programs and career pathways with multiple entry and exit points, and examine equitable learning across student populations.
To support colleges to provide differentiated and inclusive practices that aim to facilitate students’ onboarding and career decision-making and to enrich students’ learning with career and WBL, as well as job opportunities and activities.
The CE Deans’ Council is comprised of CE Deans and CE Associate Deans from each of the ten colleges in the region.
